Description
The Preform & Bottle Measuring System is an automatic
instrumentfor testing the general dimension of preforms and bottles, PET andGLASS. The instrument is
designed according to the principle ofoptical confocal chromatic and optical multi-lens refraction
andsegmented imaging, and multi-segment parallel light is used toilluminate the preform or bottle to obtain
the entire contour image.The contour is extracted with high accuracy definition, which ensuresthat the
contour is not deformed and the measurement accuracy isensured. At the meantime, by rotating the preform,
and according tothe variation of refraction and reflection when the light passesthrough the preform or
bottle, the thickness variation of the preformis calculated based on the principle of light propagation
.Autopositioning and measuring the dimensions of the preform, not only theregular dimensions like neck
diameter, thread diameter and the outerdiameter of locking ring, etc., but also the flashing,
concentricityand overall height, etc

Characteristics
